The Office Design program released on TV Channel RBC showed most interesting and innovative approaches to the design of the building contractor RD Construction’s new office.
Principal of IND Architects, the project’s architectural contractor, told the TV Channel that the challenge faced by the designers was altering the general attitude to offices of building contractors, which are usually rather trivial.
In the words of Mr. Idiatulin, mirror-like surfaces, white color and 3D spaces in the design of RD Construction’s office are the reflection of the future, innovations and the company’s approaches in business.
“It seems to us that the white color reflects a drive for the future and progress, creating a sense of weightlessness,” commented Adiatulin.
In her turn, Victoria Rozhok, Marketing and PR Director RD Construction, noted in her interview that the company’s new office became above all a showroom for future clients.
“When clients come to us, they must see what they can expect in their own building or venue if they cooperate with our company,” commented Ms. Rozhok.
Nevertheless, she underscored that RD Construction did not only set the task to showcase its potential, but also wanted to call the attention of the market, clients and public to builders and to demonstrate that theirs is a responsible and intellectual vocation.
Many features reveal an innovative approach to the office space design. For instance, you may write on all of the office walls and then easily erase old records. The meeting rooms transform into open spaces. By pressing one button you may transform the meeting rooms around them from a private zone into common space, with opaque glazing switching to fully translucent one.
